FAQ

Here is a list of the qualifications you must meet to rent:

1. Be at least 21 years old
2. Have a valid (not expired) driver’s license
3. Proof of Insurance and/or deposit payment
4. Have a major credit card/debit card for purchase

Upon completing your reservation, you will receive an email confirmation providing the next steps. For further consideration, the renter would be required to respond with a Valid Drivers License and proof of Full Coverage Insurance. After submitting this information, please allow ~30 mins to receive the status of approval via text and email. Approved or Denied.

All rental drivers are required to have Full Coverage Insurance.

Note: If a person not listed as an insured driver is found operating the vehicle, the renter assumes full liability for their actions.

Our Hours of Operation are every day from 8 am-5:00 pm. If you have any questions or concerns after hours, please submit a ticket under “contact us” for a response within 24-48 hours. 

You may rent as long as you’d like. However, you will need to renew your contract every 30 days for long-term renters.
